The database of buyer information used for this purpose was compiled from our previous purchase records, both on- and off-line, and contains no financial information. You are also given the opportunity to unsubscribe from lottery emails.
We do not automatically gather any additional personal information from you when you visit the site.
The email address that you voluntarily supply in the process of requesting a ticket is used for notification of Health Sciences Centre Foundation Home Lottery events. The cell phone number that you may voluntarily supply in the process of signing up for text alerts will be used for sending you text message notification of such lottery events. Information you provide in your ticket request form is shared with the professional services firm of Deloitte LLP for the purposes of order fulfillment. Your information may also be accessed, as necessary, by our other contracted service providers for the limited purpose of allowing such service providers to assist us in the administration of the Health Sciences Centre Foundation Home Lottery. Your personal information is not shared with any other organizations, unless required by legal duty or right. We do not sell, trade or lease our customer information.
Winners' names will be published per Manitoba Gaming Control Commission (MGCC) regulations.
Retention
We do not use tracking cookies of any kind on this site. A simple counter is used to measure the overall effectiveness of an email campaign.
